Researcher at Mathematica Policy Research
Dr. Johanna Lacoe is a researcher at Mathematica Policy Research in Oakland, CA. She conducts research on criminal and juvenile justice, education, and housing policy, including large-scale program and policy evaluations for federal agencies and national foundations. Before joining Mathematica, Dr. Lacoe was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Southern California, Price School of Public Policy, and worked at the Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy at New York University and the Vera Institute of Justice. She holds a Ph.D. in public administration and an M.P.A. in public policy analysis from New York University.
