Turns out, according to the story, that Thailand is?worried?about its stalled economic recovery and?many people attribute the problem to ?declining education standards,? low test scores (?student performance in Thailand's so-called O-Net national exams has fallen in all five core subjects?) and a host of drug and violence problems among ?troubled youth.?
