We've heard of teachers unions fighting against having to write lesson plans, or outlining academic objectives for their students, or accepting basic concessions when the rest of the community is crumbling under the weight of the recession. But this marks the most creative and random example of choosing your battle??? er, wisely?
The Milwaukee teachers union is fighting for none other than ??? Viagra? The union has asked a judge to order the school board to reinstate the policy that included Viagra in their health-insurance plan. Read about it here. (And picture them at the negotiating table discussing this.)
