The administration's 2011 budget request had numerous fascinating elements, from RTT and i3 continuation and SIF growth to TIF alterations and ESEA recommendations. We're now seeing that the other end of Pennsylvania Avenue has digested the proposal and has other ideas.
We'll see how this shakes out over the next couple months.
