- The elected board members of Belpre City Schools in southern Ohio this week considered several options to consolidate their entire pre-K to 12th grade student body (and central office operations) into a single building. This is probably a great idea if the tiny district is shrinking in population, but why does the smallest possible price tag have to be $50 million?
