- Meanwhile, Breakthrough Schools in Cleveland held their annual “paddle raise” fundraiser over the weekend. Instead of going back to the charter network for expansion plans, this year all proceeds will go to directly to Breakthrough teachers and front line staff as bonuses in appreciation for their hard work and dedication during the Covid crisis.
