- Following up from our Youngstown bombshell on Friday, current CEO/future superintendent Justin Jennings says he is excited for the work ahead. He says he is sure that the district will easily exceed the benchmarks set in the turnaround plan (!) which is supposed to see them emerge from academic distress status. - The Lima News has an interesting analysis of resident students who took state tests at private schools as voucher students last year. For me, it raises more questions than it answers (and it certainly doesn’t answer the question as posed in the headline), but the numbers are worth a look. (Lima News, 2/26/22)
