- Student enrollment in Parma City Schools peaked more than 50 years ago. It is now a little more than one-third of what it was back then. Consolidation of buildings in the district is a “new conversation” currently underway. It will, as you probably guessed because I clipped this, somehow cost taxpayers millions of dollars.
