- North Olmstead City Schools’ superintendent held his state of the schools presentation last week. In it, he mentioned two problems facing the district: charter and voucher schools “taking” $800K from the district’s budget and the district’s continued declining enrollment. Of course those two things are actually only one interconnected thing. And the district’s real problem, apparently, will remain hidden. (Cleveland.com, 5/6/19)
