Battalion cadets have been working all year to be the best of the best in the state and earn the right to take on other corps in the national JROTC Leadership & Academic Bowl. - As noted in this story, it is common for active-duty military families to move a half-dozen times during their children’s K-12 school years. A new bill signed into law by Governor DeWine aims to remove barriers and to smooth those transitions by enabling schools to be more flexible and welcoming to these very mobile families.
