Research Assistant
Jeremy Smith is a research assistant with the Thomas B. Fordham Institute. A Virginia native, Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Hamilton College and a master’s degree in physics teaching from the University of Virginia. He is currently working toward a master’s degree in education policy at American University. Prior to joining Fordham, Jeremy worked as a high school teacher, university instructor, and textbook editor. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys chess, fencing, and cooking.
